Returned products that are not faulty must be in an unused condition, in the original packaging, with your invoice and be returned within 28 days at your own expense. We will refund the cost of the item/s in full, less the original delivery cost, usually within 14 days.

Scala recommends for best results, that Bio-Promise garments are worn for a minimum of six hours daily for at least 30 days, however, continuous improvements can be seen for at least 120 days.
