Let’s look at the science behind the SCALA Anti-Cellulite Shapewear range:

The unique fabric of the underwear contains unique active bio crystals that significantly absorb body heat on contact with the skin.  This body heat is then turned into far infra-red rays (FIRR).

These rays consequently heat up the skin and increase the metabolism of the cells. The FIRRs then stimulate cellular metabolism through the release of the body’s own nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is a very potent blood vessel dilator agent, which improves blood flow and oxygen supply at the skin level. This process then helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite. The release of nitric oxide also helps to reduce the amount of extra cellular liquid. Therefore this reduces swelling.

The fat layers that make up cellulite are melted down to a liquid, due to the increase in blood flow and oxygen availability at the skin level. In effect this encourages a smoother, appearance and texture overall. The liquid is then transported to the liver & kidneys and excreted.
