Every time you access our www.scalanewzealand.co.nz website and/or order goods from our website or view the information provided, these terms and conditions will apply.

OWNERSHIP

Gary and Penny Owen are the owners of this site and of all rights in this website. Any use, modification or copying is prohibited without the prior permission from Gary and Penny Owen.

ORDERING GOODS

You will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed, when you submit an order on our website. Please check the accuracy of the email and inform us of any errors as soon as possible.

This email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. A sales contract will be formed and your order is accepted by us and when we despatch the goods to you. Ownership of the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Any sale offers, price reductions, promotional offers or other special requirements will be automatically applied to your order and your confirmation email.

To cancel your order, email or call us with the order reference number from your confirmation email. Goods you want to return should be sent back to us, in unused condition and with the original packaging. Unless the product is faulty, the postage and any other costs incurred while returning goods, is at the customer’s expense.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER AND PAYMENT

We intend to keep our website up to date at all times and error free. However, errors in product descriptions or pricing may sometimes occur. If we discover an error after your order has been placed with us, we will contact to inform you of the correct details prior to sending your order. You may then either cancel or re-confirm your order. If we cannot contact you your order will be cancelled.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST.

DELIVERY

All items on our website come with free delivery and are subject to stock availability

We cannot guarantee a delivery date or time after receipt of your order. However, we aim to dispatch goods as soon as possible. We do not accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to delayed or failed deliveries.

You have 28 days from receipt of the goods to return them if you are not completely satisfied, under these terms and conditions. Please contact us if an item is found to be faulty and we will arrange a satisfactory replacement.
MISSING OR LOST ITEMS

If your order has not arrived with 7 working days, please contact us. All parcels are traced.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any private information will be held in the strictest confidence. We will not disclose any personal information given to us by you with any third parties for any reason or in any form.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and any such changes will be communicated on our website. We may terminate trading with you at any time by giving you at least seven (7) days notice. You remain liable for any amounts owed to us.

Unless stated otherwise, all products are sold on the basis that they are for personal, domestic use only.

However, you may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions without our permission in writing.

We are not liable for the content of any third party websites that may be linked to or from our website.
